1. Software Licensing & Usage

Subject to compliance with purchase orders and contracts, ManTech Studio grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our ERP dashboards, core ledger portals, and Udyami applications. Reverse-engineering of our proprietary voice-parsing AI layers is strictly prohibited.

2. Availability & Maintenance

Availability targets, maintenance windows and support response times are defined in the individual service agreement for each engagement. Scheduled upgrades and maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Self-hosted deployments are governed by separate maintenance contracts.

3. System Security & Compliance

Clients are responsible for securing account credentials, credentials vaults, API authorization keys, and training local staff on secure operational guidelines. ManTech Studio maintains internal security practices as described on our security page, but does not accept liability for client-side password compromise or phishing events.
